We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Canada Lighting Supplies. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns on all unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Form. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number.
Once you have an RMA number, please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, including all accessories and documentation that came with the product. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) received were defective or damaged upon arrival.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), it will be inspected to ensure they are unused and unopened. If the item(s) pass inspection, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price, less any shipping and handling fees.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Exemptions
Following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Items previously installed or assembled.
- Items with cut wires, or altered.
- Items made to order/custom
- Items that were purchased on final sale.
